Job Description
The Customer Service Representative works independently with general direction to support various aspects service department including, but not limited to:
- Manage customer relationships in a timely manner primarily by telephone and written communication.
- Interface directly with the customer to ensure information is communicated accurately with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Issuing RMAs to customers
- Provide Order status updates to customers for existing orders
- Checking in and checking out service items
- Product final inspection
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements/Qualifications
- Desire to meet the needs of customers and provide excellent service
- Able to reliably and consistently follow detailed written and verbal instructions to prepare documents
- Good attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Microsoft Office required
- Technical or Engineering skills are a plus
- Knowledge of NetSuite enterprise system is a plus
- Responsible
- Punctual
- Wages determined by level of experience
- Technical Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree
