Additel is pleased to announce the release of the new ADT760A Automatic Handheld Pressure Calibrator, the direct replacement for the legacy ADT760. With expanded pressure capability, enhanced functionality, and improved usability, the ADT760A represents the next evolution in compact automated pressure control.
The ADT760A now features an increased upper pressure range of -12.5 to 375 psi (-0.86 to 25 bar), providing greater flexibility for a wider range of calibration applications. The platform maintains an accuracy of up to 0.01% of Full Scale, ensuring the precision required in demanding laboratory, production, and field environments.
Available configurations include:
- 760A-LLP: ±30 inHâ‚‚O (±75 mbar)
- 760A-D: -12.5 to 35 psi (-0.86 to 2.5 bar)
- 760A-MA: -12.5 to 375 psig (-0.86 to 25 bar.g)
The ADT760A builds upon the trusted performance of its predecessor with several significant enhancements. In addition to the expanded maximum pressure, it now includes a full HART field communicator (available with the Data logging option), allowing users to communicate directly with HART devices in the field or lab. A newly developed optional Contamination Prevention System (CPS) helps protect the controller from pressure line contaminants, improving long-term reliability and reducing maintenance concerns. An updated capacitive touchscreen interface further enhances usability with a modern, responsive user experience.
In addition to the ADT760A, Additel is introducing the ADT760S, a streamlined version designed for applications where automated pressure generation is the primary requirement. The ADT760S provides the same pressure ranges and accuracy as the ADT760A but does not include electrical ports or device communication functions. It is designed to serve as a stable and fast automated pressure source for users who do not require integrated communication capabilities.
