Additel Corporation is pleased to announce the release of the new ADT710 Automated Gauge Calibration System, an innovative solution that combines precision pressure control with advanced image recognition technology to fully automate the calibration of dial and digital pressure gauges.

Designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and throughput in demanding calibration environments, the ADT710 eliminates the need for manual gauge readings while delivering fast, repeatable, and highly accurate calibration results. The system features a high-resolution 50-megapixel HD camera with automatic zoom and focus, advanced AMetis recognition technology, a responsive 5-inch TFT touchscreen interface, and fully automated pressure discharge functionality.

When paired with Additel pressure controllers and ACal software, the ADT710 provides a complete hands-free calibration solution that significantly reduces labor requirements and improves workflow efficiency in metrology laboratories, calibration service centers, and industrial instrument workshops.

The ADT710 is capable of calibrating pressure instruments from vacuum to 15,000 psi (100 MPa) using either gas or liquid media. The system delivers reading precision better than 0.1 division and maintains accurate measurements even under varying lighting conditions. Automatic camera positioning and focus ensure reliable image capture and consistent results across a wide range of gauge types and sizes.

Additional features include integrated barcode and QR code recognition for streamlined asset identification and a built-in tapper for analog gauges. Other features include hand-tight quick pressure connections and WLAN/Ethernet communication capabilities, allowing flexible integration into modern automated calibration workflows. For high-volume calibration environments, up to 10 ADT710 systems can be daisy-chained together using Additel’s ACal software to create a scalable automated calibration line capable of significantly increasing throughput and efficiency.
